The “Digital Champion” title is awarded to companies that are at the cutting edge of technology and are therefore particularly well equipped to meet digital challenges. Thanks to their innovative strength, they are regarded as pioneers in their respective industries.

The “Digital Champions 2025” study was carried out by the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Development. The result: around 1,000 companies were awarded the title “Digital Champion 2025”. The prerequisite was that they achieved at least 60 points. HARTING shone as the industry winner with the highest score of 100 points, clearly outperforming second place (93.5 points). "The future is digital! Digitalization is an important lever for innovative strength and especially for the vision of a sustainable future," said Philip Harting, CEO of the technology group, on the occasion of his company's award.

The results were obtained via surveys and social listening. Between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2024, several hundred million online data sources - including websites, forums, blogs, press releases and news sites - were analyzed and questionnaires sent to the 15,000 largest German companies were evaluated.
